Data we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and order history. We also collect technical data automatically, including your IP address, device and browser type, and how you navigate the site. We never ask for or store full card numbers; payment details are handled by our payment providers.
How we use your data
Your data lets us process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, respond to client care enquiries, prevent fraud, and — where you've opted in — send you news about new pieces and offers. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to understand what our customers love and improve the store.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working (your bag, your session) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings or our cookie banner.
Third parties
We share the minimum data needed with trusted partners: payment processors to take payment securely, courier and logistics partners to deliver your order, and analytics providers to measure site performance. These partners act on our instructions and are bound by their own data and security obligations. We never sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required to meet UAE tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations, typically several years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
