Complimentary delivery
Enjoy complimentary standard delivery across the UAE on all orders over AED 250. Orders below that threshold carry a flat delivery fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Domestic delivery
Standard UAE orders arrive within 2–4 working days. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before the daily cut-off. You'll always see the estimated delivery window at checkout.
International delivery
We ship across the GCC and to selected international destinations. Rates and estimated timings are calculated at checkout based on your address. International orders are packed to travel safely and fully carbon-offset.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive an email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. You can also follow its status from your account under Orders. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, reach out and we'll chase it for you.
Duties & taxes
UAE prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price or delivery fee.
