Use of site
You may use this site to browse and buy for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content, or use it in breach of any applicable law. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time without notice.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation — until then no contract exists and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
Pricing, AED & VAT
All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We work hard to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct genuine errors before dispatch.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, graphics, the Paashma name and marks, and page design — belongs to Paashma or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
